These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of perfumegyaan.com and any purchase from Perfume Gyaan. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

3. Products & pricing

We work to describe products, sizes and prices accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, product availability and offers at any time.

In the rare event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or in the case of an error. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, major cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. By paying, you authorise the applicable charge for your order total.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, images, design and code — belongs to Perfume Gyaan or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfume Gyaan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
