If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, it follows the returns process instead.

A decant is a smaller amount of a fragrance — 5ml, 10ml or 20ml — hand-poured from a 100% genuine full bottle into a clean, travel-friendly atomizer. Same juice, smaller size, far lower price.

Yes. Every decant comes from an authentic, sealed bottle of the exact same fragrance. Nothing is diluted or altered — you get the identical scent, just in a smaller quantity.

Roughly 50–60 sprays, depending on the atomizer — enough to wear a fragrance across several days and decide if it earns a full bottle.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location in India.

Shipping is free on all orders over ₹1,000. Orders below that carry a small flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.

We deliver across India to most serviceable pincodes. You’ll see availability for your address at checkout.

Unopened, unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened decants and used products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

We’re sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
