Shipping
We strive to dispatch all new orders within 1–3 working days on business days (Mon–Sat). Please note that decant orders are custom-made individually and may require a little additional processing time before dispatch.
All shipments are tracked end-to-end, and you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel has been dispatched.
Free shipping applies automatically to all orders over ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 are subject to a ₹100 shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.
Priority Dispatch
If you require your order to be processed on priority, you may choose to pay an additional ₹100 priority dispatch fee.
For priority orders, we will make our best effort to dispatch the order within 48–72 working hours. This is a priority processing and dispatch service only and does not guarantee delivery within 48–72 hours.
Decant orders may require additional processing time as each decant is custom-made, filled, labelled and quality-checked individually.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery windows after dispatch are:
- Metro cities — 2–4 business days
- Rest of India — 4–6 business days
- Remote pincodes — 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, sales periods, operational constraints, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The dispatch timeline and courier delivery timeline are separate. Paying for priority dispatch only prioritizes the processing of your order and does not guarantee an earlier delivery date.
