Our Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1,000.

Courier Partners

Our primary courier partner is Blue Dart, utilizing their Smartr Logistics Priority Service for most parcels. If your pin code is not serviceable by Blue Dart, we use Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post to ensure delivery.

Shipping Rates

For orders under ₹1,000, we charge a flat rate of ₹100 for regular shipping.

Expedited Shipping

We prioritize all orders with an additional payment of ₹100 to expedite shipping, ensuring faster processing and dispatch. This option is available for all orders and is recommended for customers seeking quicker delivery.

Shipping Timelines

For Retail Packs & Perfume Samples/Miniatures:

– Processing: Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be shipped.
– Delivery: Typically takes 7-10 working days after dispatch.
– Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on a business day are aimed to be shipped the same day, provided card security   checks are complete, payment is received, and stock availability is confirmed.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are shipped the following Monday or next working day. During busy periods, such as holidays, there may be processing and shipping delays. Additionally, imported products may take 1-3 extra days due to customs clearance.

For Perfume Decants:

– Processing: Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be shipped, as decants are freshly made on an order basis.
– Delivery: Typically takes 4-10 working days after dispatch.

Note: While we strive to expedite shipping, the preparation of decants may cause slight delays. During busy periods, such as holidays, there may be additional processing and shipping delays.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Perfume Gyaan, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of our products, certain return and replacement conditions apply.

1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements on the following categories under any circumstances:

  • Perfume Decants
  • Partial Bottles
  • Testers

 These products fall under the final sale category.

2. Retail Pack Returns

We only accept returns of Retail Packs if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is sealed in its original packaging.
  • The cellophane wrap is intact and untampered.

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

  • The packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • You did not like the fragrance.
  • You find the fragrance weak or not as expected.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

In the rare event that:

Your item is damaged during transit, or
A wrong product is delivered to you,
we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided the request for replacement is made within the stipulated timeframe.

📹 Important: For any claims regarding receiving an incorrect or damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof for arranging a replacement.
Claims made without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review or replacement.

4. Replacement Process

  • To request a replacement:Email us your Order Number and the Reason for return at info@perfumegyaan.com.
  • Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
  • Once confirmed, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to arrange the replacement.

Please note:  We are not responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without prior confirmation from our team.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly request you to reach us at info@perfumegyaan.com so that we can assist you in the process.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

Our Return Policy:

Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list.

There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.

In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.perfumegyaan.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final

If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands

100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products

For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Perfume Gyaan does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
